The clear credit card for individuals with clear credit, Discover Platinum Clear Card issued by Morgan Stanley offers a flexible rewards program and is intended for people who have a good credit score and a minimum income of $15,000 annually. Discover Platinum Clear Card offers a rewards program at no additional fee to cardholders, as there are no annual fees to have the card.
